Here is a wonderful Early 1800’s Two Door Blind Front
Cupboard. This cupboard is BIG! It measures 5 feet wide,
20 inches deep and 87 inches tall. The doors have through
tenons and chamfered panels. The cupboard is made out of
popular and appears to be painted with milk paint. On the
inside of the doors is mustard paint. The outside paint
is green paint over mustard paint. The shelves have been
recently added but can be removed easily. The wood on the
back is horizontal. At one time there was a shelf on each
end. As you can see from the pictures, the paint is flaky
and crackled. This is an awesome old cupboard! .
